Here at Finca Exotica the goal is to be a center for sustainability that provides an environment for people to learn, educate, and grow ideas for sustainability, art, and healthy living while enjoying the advantages of a beach resort next to the famous Corcovado National park with protected tropical nature, rustic accommodations, organic food, gardens, yoga, swimming, hiking trails, tours and sustainable education.

We have the experience, facilities and desire to help you have the greatest wedding, birthday party, yoga retreat, music concert, permaculture class, cooking class, theatrical performance, gardening class, pottery class, bamboo construction workshop, or more. Whether you want to carve a Tiki or host a beauty workshop, let us know so we can be ready with supplies when you are inspired to be creative. We welcome any size group up to 24 people and are always ready to spontaneously organize a workshop.
You can schedule a private retreat or allow your event to be open to visiting customers. If you are planning a retreat we request your group be at least 10 people.

Finca Exótica - top
Explore the map to see your get away access to a biological refuge, a remote beach, hiking trails, a green house, a yoga platform, casa grande, a workshop and the beach house.
- Casa Grande: is the main house where we all come together for meals, socializing, playing games, reading, relaxing, stargazing, playing music, fine dining, dancing, theatre, conferences, classes, bird watching, painting, cooking workshops etc. Here you can enjoy ocean views over the lush gardens.
- Yoga Platform: a great spot for yoga or tai chi that can support up to 24 people practicing yoga.
- Meditation Deck: Hidden in the jungle, a quiet shady spot between two creeks for up to 6 yogis or more for meditation.
- Rancho: this is a cozy scenic view point where we enjoy evening meals, music and great conversation. Here we watch the sunset, gaze at the stars, hear the hum of humming bird zip through the air and breathe the fresh air with friends as we contemplate all. Mmm… let’s not forget the great food that comes from here.
- Beach House: a great place to come together with everyone for some food, fun and creativity. We love to have small fiestas or concerts here. Here you will find books, tide charts, nature guides, art paper, musical instruments, colored pencils, hammocks, pool table, board games and more. Oh ya all the beach toys are here like fins, boogie boards, and surf boards.
- Workshop: now if you are ready to hold a workshop on woodworking, bamboo construction, furniture construction, or many other things this is the place to be.
- Front Ridge: a great place to take everyone for a sunset fiesta. We like to take some coconuts, fruit, mats, and drinks up here for a 360 degree view of nature and 180 degree view 25 of kilometers of unspoiled beach.
- Outdoor Lounge: a great place for a bonfire some food, music and throwing the Frisbee.
