Winter Reset: Jungle Retreat

For the first time, Scoth Davis and Jeff Warren are offering a meditation and movement retreat in the Osa Peninsula in southern Costa Rica, here at Finca Exotica “ecolodge” (eco-PR vid here).

Movement classes will be diverse and may spill out onto the beach.

In addition to a daily meditation class, there will be at least two other silent sits per day, with an option to do more for those so inclined.

Expect a mix of creative meditation and creative movement, always with an emphasis on play, with healthy meals and multiple jungle / beach excursions.

6am:  Sunrise
7am – 8:30am: Movement & Meditation
8:30am – 9:30am: Breakfast
10am – 11am: Meditation workshop
11am – 1pm: Free time
1pm – 2pm: Lunch
2pm – 3:15pm: Free time
3:15pm – 4:30pm: Restorative
4:30pm – 6:15pm: Free time – SUNSET
6:30pm – 7:30pm: Dinner
8pm – 9pm: Evening program
9pm – 9:30pm: Optional silent meditation
