The Yoga +Acupuncture retreat is a restorative tiki hut adventure with 2 multi level yoga classes a day, and acupuncture in both group sessions and private sessions. We have various adventure activities planned each day and plenty of time to rejuvenate on the quiet beach in a hammock. Or read that book you’ve been meaning to finish
