Yoga & Acupuncture Retreat 2020

AMBER SCRIVEN YOGA

The Yoga +Acupuncture retreat 2020 will take place in a beautiful off-the-grid eco friendly, sustainable & awe-inspiring tiki hut lodge, nestled into the edge of the jungle on the Pacific south coast of Costa Rica. 

With 2  multi level yoga classes a day, and acupuncture in both group sessions and private sessions,  various adventure activities and plenty of time to rejuvenate on the quiet beach.

We invite you to join her Osa Peninsula, Corcovado Preserve, Costa Rica on the Playa Carate coast line on Feb 16- 22nd 2020.

• Regular  vinyasa, Yin & Retorative  YOGA
• 3 healthy meals a day
